An entire week of being sick. Cough, cough, cough, sneeze, toss and turn, up and down to the bath, yuk, yuk, yuk.
A combination of allergies, stress and worry about my granddaughter who was diagnosed with Lymphoma a few weeks ago. Depression related to all the losses, disappointments and frustrations of my family. Irregardless of how old I get there is still the ongoing desire for the family to be healthy and happy. This has not been our year for any of these. We are way off the scale on both the physical and the emotional happiness charts.
Trying to let go and hope for the best, let everyone be in charge of their own emotional and physical health is a hard task, albeit in the long run there is no choice. We are all in charge of our own karma. What we eat, how we treat people, how we treat and take care of our bodies, taking responsibility for our own actions, not blaming others, facing ourselves; both the good and the bad. Some days I do better than others. Some days are not so easy. My goal this week is to blog every time I start to fret about a family member. Better to express my worries in writing than trying to “fix”others.
So, dear friends, send good thoughts this way, I need them.
